Pumpkin Pie1 pie crust Preheat the oven to 375°. Put all ingredients in the blender or food processor. Mix until it is smooth. Pour the mixture into the unbaked crust. Bake at 375° for 55 minutes. Cool at least 3 hours before cutting. * If you like, you can use 3 TBS of agar instead. If you are using the agar, combine it with the soymilk, and let stand for 5 minutes. Then, bring it to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. —Judy Trupin |
