Try out Vegan Creations. The company, located in Castleton-on-Hudson
and founded earlier this year, makes all of their products from
scratch using organic, whole food ingredients. At the Coop you'll
find both their signature heart-healthy seitan in whole block and
grounded options as well as six different flavors of their version
of those yummy Italian cookies, perfect for dipping--biscotti. Next
