Natural Support for

The arrival of winter
typically means more colds and other infections. The cold and flu
season has surely arrived, so how can we protect ourselves? Two
products from our line of private label supplements come to mind.
The first is our Immune System Support, which is on sale this month for
$15.99 (normally $19.49.) This comprehensive immune support
formula contains several nutrients and herbal extracts that have been
shown to increase immune function. Vitamin A helps support healthy
immune function. Studies show that even mild vitamin A deficiency
can lead to impaired immune response from cells of the immune system
essential for combating infection. Vitamin C’s role in immune
function is backed by thousands of scientific studies. Vitamin C
is essential for the production of interferon, a protein that help
combat viruses, stimulates immune cells known as neutrophils to attack
pathogenic microorganisms, and enhances the functioning of
antibodies—chemicals involved in fighting infection. L-OptiZinc™
brand zinc is the most well studied form of zinc available.
L-OptiZinc help support normal Thymus function. The Thymus gland
is responsible for producing healthy T-cells. T-cells are

European standardized Echinacea extract. This provides the

Pureway-C® is a form of vitamin C that binds vitamin C to lipid
metabolites such as fatty acids. Several studies show that
Pureway-C is absorbed more quickly and retained by the cell longer than
other forms of vitamin C, including Ester-C, calcium ascorbate, and
ascorbic acid. Studies also show an increased ability of
Pureway-C to protect healthy cells from inflammation that occurs
following an immune response to pathogens. With Pureway-C being
absorbed more quickly and retained longer by the cell, all vitamin C
related functions are enhanced. When it comes to immune function
Pureway-C will help support the production of interferon which is
essential to combating viruses, support lymphocyte (immune cell)
production and function, stimulate antibody and neutrophil
activity. Another important function of vitamin C is its role as
an antioxidant. During infection, neutrophils actually produce
free radicals to destroy microorganisms. Unfortunately this can
result in damage to healthy cells as well. Pureway-C being
retained by the cell longer and being a powerful antioxidant can help
protect healthy cells from free radical damage over the course of
infection.
