Q. Will you carry Nature Value clear plastic wrap?
A. Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider it.
Q. Could the staff wear something to identify them - a name plate, white jacket, cap, etc. - this would give a professional touch.
A. We have black and white lanyards. We're working on the name tags to go on them.
Q. Will you be restocking Yogi tea bags - Chai?
A. Our distributors do not carry Yogi Chai. Have you tried any of our other Chais?
Q. Ohhh, please, bring back Paul Newman's dark chocolate peppermint patties.
A. We're trying. They are on sale this month, but we can't get them in. They've changed the production location and the distributor still can't get any.
Q. Why don't we have someone work "bulk" on Saturdays? This would be a really good way of helping the customers.
A. We do have a worker who covers what we believe to be the busiest time period on Saturday. Thank you for your suggestion.
Q. I would like to suggest that rather than using available space on receipts to repeatedly inform us that a 26% discount has been extracted from each item, it may be more useful to list what that actually comes out to in dollars and cents. Also listing due date for share payment used to be quite helpful.
A. Thank you for your suggestions. Our system does not allow the flexibility to do this at this time.
