Learn
about New York's coop laws
Laddie
Lushin is
regarded
by many in the coop industry as one of the most knowledgeable coop
lawyers in
the country. Since 1979, his legal practice has been limited to
cooperatives
and nonprofit organizations with a concentration in corporate, tax and
securities
law. Much of his legal practice involves the design and implementation
of unique
organizational structures, finding creative solutions to legal
problems, and
resolving compliance and operational problems. He endeavors to
accommodate
small organizations with limited financial resources.
On
Thursday, February 23, Lushin will speak to HWFC’s Board and
members
about cooperative law in New
York State.
The event begins
at 5 pm in Channing Hall, First Unitarian Universalist Society of Albany, 405 Washington
Avenue.
