Agenda

• Presentation of 2005 budget
• Discussion and suggestion of amendments. Amendments to the budget need a simple majority.
• Vote to approve budget, simple majority needed to pass.
• Vote YES to approve.
• Vote NO to reject.
• 15-minute open conversation about any topic pertaining to HWFC, during which no binding vote can be taken.

To be eligible to vote, you must be up-to-date with work hours and share payments as of January 21, 2005. Anyone working in January who wants work credit for January in order to qualify to vote must notify the member coordinator, Nate Horwitz.

Vote! Please come and exercise this important member right and responsibility. We need 10% of the membership to begin a meeting, per the by-laws. The HWFC deli will provide outstanding food and beverages for a social hour from 5 until 6 pm. The meeting will begin promptly at 6. One hour of work credit will be given to members attending the meeting.
