research project is almost complete. It’s tough finding one made close

putting stickers on fruits which one usually doesn’t peel? The ones on
pears and
apples stick so well, we have to cut them off.
A. Apples
and pears arrive pre-stickered.
Q. So much
made
in China!
A. We
have many things not made in China.
We have no anti-China bylaws. Peeople who want to change our buying
policy can
start a referendum!

A. We
don’t have enough freezer space for tubs. You may special order a case
of 6 if you
wish.

tofu salad from the deli is the best! Please keep offering it. Thanks!
A. We’re
glad you like it. We’ll try to offer it as much as we can.
Q. I would like you
to carry Hemp Seed Oil for omega 9. Thank you!
A. We
used to carry it in the HaBA department. Due to slow sales and its
short shelf
life, we discontinued it. You may speak with a HaBA worker to pre-order
some.
Q. Please carry in
inventory Galaxy Rich Cheese (the block), and Spectrum eggless mayo.
A. We’ll
check into carrying Galaxy Rich Cheese in blocks. Have you tried the
veganaise
that we stock in the cooler?
Q. Can we have public
floggings for people who stick their bare hands in the bulk bins or eat
food
without paying?
A. Public
flogging is most likely an illegal way to address this problem.
Shoppers who
wish to sample an item are encouraged to ask a Bulk worker for
assistance.
Q. Why is the
suggestion box in the café now? No one will read them there!
A. The
old location had too many boxes encroaching on the posted suggestions.
The new
location gives us more space to post suggestions and also space to read
them.
Q. My pets like raw
milk. How about for them?
A. We
had it available for pets, but and state Ag & Markets made us stop
because
we cannot co-mingle pet and human food.
Q. Can you start
carrying quinoa flakes (a great gluten-free alternative to breakfast
oats)
either in bulk or prepackaged?
A. We’ll
look into carrying them in bulk. If you want them quickly you may
special order
a 10 pound bag. Please see a Bulk person.
Q. Smaller packages
of cheese doodles please.
A. We
offer a limited selection of snacks in individual packages to reduce
excess packaging.
Q. For Deli: Thanks
so much for delicious foods — especially raw ones. Request: Buckwheat
soba
noodles with broccoli for Tuesday, please.
A. You’re
welcome . We’ll have the soba with broccoli on Tuesdays in the
afternoon.
Q. More collards
please — most people plant around May 20, not earlier.
A. We
have them. We get seedlings four days a week. If you don’t see what you
want,
please check back another day.
