For a book about health care reform from an alternative medicine
perspective, I am seeking stories of people harmed by conventional
medicine and/or helped by alternative medicine, especially for the
following disorders: cancer, heart disease, chronic pain, diabetes and
mental disorders. Contributors' real identities will not be revealed in
