Q. Don’t mean to be snarly, but could there be some red bell pepper free options in the deli, i.e. portabella sandwiches, etc.…

A. Many of our customers enjoy the presence of red bell peppers in the deli dishes. We do offer a number of red pepper-free options.

Q. Books: The Medical Mafia, Not on the Label, Dying for a Hamburger. Get these books!

Two fantastic books the Coop should carry: Natural Cures They Don’t Want You to Know About (Kevin Troudeau) and Dead Dogs Don’t Lie (Dr. Wallace).

A. We’ll look into carrying the above titles.

Q. Are there any Pilates magazines that we can get that don’t feature cleavage and jutting hip bones on the cover?

A. We have asked our distributor to discontinue the Pilates magazine that we are currently carrying. (We keep asking, but they keep sending.) We will look for a substitute.

Q. Will the deli please consider stopping the use of canola? This highly suspect oil verges on indigestible and challenges our definition of healthy food.

A. Do you have any non-hydrogenated alternative oils for baking? Olive oil is too strongly flavored for baking.

Q. Kudos to those who moved the bulk aisle pamphlets to a shelf where they’re easier to see and access.

A. We can thank Leigh for this improvement. We’re glad you offer kudos.

Q. Gaia Herb’s Hawthorn ends up to be cheaper than Natures Way Hawthorn when considering price and dosage. Just something to share with customers

Q. We should get blowers (hand dryers) for the bathrooms.

A. We will look into the economy and environmental effects of using hand dryers.
