- Ed Jenner has resigned as HWFC's General Manger, effective June 15.

- Jeff Lewis and Donald S. Miller have both resigned from the HWFC Board, effective immediately.

In the wake of these events - and following the April elections - the Coop's Board has selected the following officers: Louise Roback, president; Elmer Bertsch, vice president; Virginia McEwen, secretary; and Marjorie Knechtel, treasurer.

At the HWFC Annual Meeting on April 21, Coop members elected Linda Lawrence, Virginia McEwen, and Christian Schider to three-year terms, and Marjorie Knechtel to a one-year term on the Board.
