A. We do not carry Ezekial
bagels. You
may preorder a case and receive a 10% discount. They arrive frozen and
can go straight
to your freezer. Please speak with a grocery worker.

great, but it
would be good if the plastic forks and spoons were recycled instead of
thrown away.
A. We don’t have a place to
recycle
them. If you know of a place that recycles them, we’d love to hear
about it.
Q. Please make meat
sandwiches with
bread like oat or rice flour.
A. Our deli is a vegetarian
deli. There’s
plenty to eat without eating meat.
Q. HABA, more pink palm
candles?
A. We will get some with our
next
order. It may take a few weeks.

is growing, could you try not to go for more $$$, but consider people
more?

store marked a
significant improvement in accessability over the Quail Street location. We are

to suggestions to improve the shopping environment for all shoppers.

referendum coming
out this fall. Members should make sure their work hours are up to date
and
watch their mailboxes. Your input will be forwarded to the Board.

A. Sorry, we are not
eligible to participate
in WIC. We will reexamine the issue.
Q. Can we get a slicer for
the cheese
department? It would be a wonderful addition!
A. We have considered this
option for
our future reset. We’re always happy to use our existing equipment to
slice small
amounts at customer request.
Q. Mozzarella cheese
shredded? Organic
Valley
packaged?
A. Please ask Gustav to
order some. He
will be happy to do it.
Q. We need a good source of
clean meat
and fish even more than gourmet cheeses! Make some space for it?
Q. If my Chinese doctor can
prescribe
meat as medicine, can’t Honest Weight embrace the idea? Good meat is
healthy.
A. In our present
configuration we
offer farm direct poultry and meats on a special order basis. Depending
on the results
of the upcoming meat referendum, we will either maintain our current
approach to
meat or expand our in-store stock, hopefully accommodating all your
protein
needs.
Q. Whole grain unsliced
bread?
A. Unsliced breads were
not selling well and the bread companies are not offering it. Our deli
offers
unsliced bread.
