Q. Customer felt our signs
were
becoming too edgy, ex. bathroom sign.
A. It is by defining the
limits (edge)
that we arrive at a middle ground.
Q. Israeli couscous in bulk
please!
A. OK. We’ll get some.
Q. Baby straps on the carts
ride up too
high. Please get a style that stays lower down.
A. We’ll look into it.
Q. A newly envisioned
soup/bakery cart would
be helpful for the tight corner. Built-in garbage would conserve space
and a
cleaner more easily accessible place for soup containers would be great.
A. We’re working on a
remodel and plan
on including a more efficient soup/bakery display area.
Q. Bulk Liquid Shelf — are
they ever cleaned?
When containers are filled, the shelves should be cleaned before
replacing.
A. We clean our bulk liquid
shelves on
a regular basis and will encourage our stockers to clean as they stock.
Q. I think there should be
free wireless
internet access and/or computers for use available to members
A. At this time we do not
have space to
offer this service. We’ll keep it in mind for our upcoming reset.
Q. Please put a tag on the
handle of Macadamia
Nut scoop — folks are putting scoop in with the nuts — potential
contamination.
A. We will put up some signs
to remind shoppers
about the proper use and storage of the scoops.
Q. Please carry organic
fat-free
lactose-free milk.
A. We’ll look into getting
it into our
cooler.
Q. Would you consider
selling
Mangostein and Goji Juice?
A. We do carry Goji Juice in
our HaBA department.
Please speak with a HaBA person about special-ordering Mangostein.
Q. I think you should have
an ice cream
cone station just at the place where the other goodies are.
A. Thank you for your
suggestion. We’ll
take it into consideration.
Q. Do you have any sources
for a
low-salt vegetable broth or bouillion? I thought there used to be one
on the
shelf but didn’t find any today.
A. We have Rupunzel Low
Sodium Bouillion back in stock.
