Our extensive bulk food section includes grains, flours and baking supplies, beans, bean dip mixes, pasta, seeds and nuts, oils, vinegars and a variety of sweeteners including maple syrup, most of which are organic. Teff flour, quinoa and other unusual flours and grains in Honest Weight's bulk section. A wide selection of granola and muesli are offered, as well as unsulfured dried fruit and a variety of yummy nut butters.

We buy the majority of our organic nuts and dried fruit from Tierra Farms, a farm in Cohoes, where they do all of their own nut roasting. HWFC carries two of Tierra Farms' granolas, "fruity granola" and "almond granola." Goji berries are also available in bulk. Bulk Asian speciality food items such miso, udon noodles, buckwheat noodles shoyu and tamari are also offered.

And if it's sweets you're after, a delicious variety of naturally-sweet snacks and sweets can be discovered in the bulk area. Sweets and snacks include items that are cane sugar-free, or sweetened with chocolate, grain, or honey. Among these treats are unsweetened licorice snacks, no-sugar ice cream sprinkles, carob bars, and honey-sweetened candy drops.
